Two of the most critical aspects of probiotics manufacturing and consumption are preserving the potency and stability of the product. Aptar CSP Technologies recently partnered with Dr. Greg Leyer, Chief Scientific Officer for UAS Labs, to explore the challenges associated with the various processes required to produce probiotic products and how the latest innovations in active packaging can be leveraged to assure product integrity.
